Did you know that most deli meat has gluten in it? It's not one of the things that I would think would, but I'm learning there is no assuming in gluten-free eating.
There are two brands I know for sure do not have any gluten in their deli meat: Applegate Farms and Boars Head.
There may be others and some brands may have some items that are gluten-free, but Applegate Farms and Boars Head deli meat are all 100% gluten free.
That is good to know!! I was just assuming that all did and I haven't had any in a long time. So Boar's head no matter what is gluten free? AWESOME!!
ReplyDeleteI know Bri already knows this but you can go to Whole Foods and ask for their list of Gluten Free foods. They give you a thick book of papers with everything on it including the obvious things, which is a good thing since we're finding out its not so obvious!
